Commercial Inventory Management: Monitor and track commercial inventory to ensure all spots run according to client agreements and deadlines.

Spot Scheduling & Placement: Enter and schedule commercials accurately in traffic software to ensure proper placement and maximum audience reach.

Team Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Programming, and Promotions to handle schedule changes, resolve conflicts, and maintain smooth on-air operations.

Daily Log Preparation: Prepare and review daily broadcast logs to confirm all ads air correctly and in compliance with station policies.

Post-Run Reporting: Generate reports to verify spot placement and support billing reconciliation.

Problem Solving: Respond quickly to last-minute changes or discrepancies with attention to detail.

Prior experience in radio traffic, media scheduling, or a related field is preferred (training available for the right candidate).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with traffic systems such as Marketron is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Ability to work on-site at our Milwaukee office.
Reception / Administrative Assistant

Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and listeners with warmth and professionalism

Answer and route incoming calls

Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance

Radio Advertising Sales (Full-Time)

In this position, you will have the unique and challenging mission of helping local and regional businesses grow through the power of radio advertising and marketing. The Promotions / Marketing Department is accepting resumes from college students interested and serious about crankin’ up their skill set while getting real-world experience from Milwaukee’s leading street team. Get your foot in the door and learn from the best!
You will represent our radio stations (102.9 THE HOG / 96.5 WKLH / Jammin’ 98.3 / Pure Oldies 106.9) to listeners at events, concerts, bars/clubs, festivals, etc!
Internships are available to all college levels or accredited broadcasting/media school programs. Hours are flexible, but we are in need of some seriously devoted folks. Applicants should be prepared to work mostly weekend and evening hours. While the position remains part-time, your job will look and feel different every day.
